Social Services did it with me.
The social Services did it with me Jimmy they kept putting complaints on top of complaints in about me and more case conferences than anything ,they couldn't find things so they complained about the house being messy and when i said it wasnt they said i was tidying before they got there so they couldn't get a true impression of how we lived it was ludicrous ,then they complained that the car was dirty (true) it was dirty but with 6 children 3 of which was handicapped one very badly i couldn’t get it cleaned without leaving her in the house by herself ,this all started with the ss when my wife died and left me to cope alone ,that never broke me but the ss did i had a nervous breakdown thanks to them , they said i was abusing my children sexually and physically it broke my heart and i couldn’t stop crying i would never touch a child ever , in the end they won and i put my children into foster care ,in fact they won twice over as my children now have been brainwashed and don’t want to contact me ,but i will never abandon them love is unconditional for your children and i will never no matter what forget them i still have my memories ,and my children can contact me when they want when they get older ,and they will find out then i never gave up, just got worn down and couldn’t be the parent that i wanted to be thanks to the ss. I still have the nightmares of when my children left and will never ever believe what the ss says about people again i certainly saw them in a new light

I am the lord thy god. Thou shall not escape me!
I am the lord thy god! Thou shall not escape me! I shall pursue thee even unto the end of time.
(Scottish Social Services 2009)
Even Moses could not free this family from the clutches of The Scottish Social Services (S.S.S.) They are truly a god to be feared. Their determination of not to be beaten is reaching ludicrous proportions by
S.S.S. silently bombarding the Irish social
services with all sorts of complaints.
The Scots mum is undergoing psychology tests and all sorts of assessments and It would appear that if the wee girl is happy with a carer they move her on. She cannot settle with her new carer and is very unhappy. Constant moving her about is confusing and destroying this child’s emotional and mental state of mind. The human rights of this child are being ignored and she is being used as a weapon by S.S.S. to win their case
The foundations of this case are basically dubious as to why this situation has come about. The socials services in Scotland have refused to review or answer why they are pursuing this family so fervently. The mother claims to have proof of criminal charges that need to be answered but social services are avoiding this by not speaking up or explaining their actions. Is this a cover up?
Should a government’s so called caring organisation have this kind of power? Dictators like Idi Amin and Sadam Hussein were toppled because of their god like power but we British tolerate it in the bosom of our own society.

Letter to Nicola Sturgeon MSP
Nicola Sturgeon MSP
The Scottish Parliament
Edinburgh EH99 1SP 25th August 2009.
Dear Ms Sturgeon,
As you are our meetings MSP in Govan we would ask you to impress on all ministers the advantage of grandparents in early intervention of child abuse. They are in a unique position of knowing their families faults and shortcomings and no one better can predict where children are not looked after properly.
The government is admitting failing our children when asking for everyone to be observant for child neglect and abuse but as Children 1st have stated grandparents are very useful for early detection. Woman’s Aid say grandparents should have the right of information about their grandchildren’s welfare.
We would like to know, as grandparents have this advantage why they are not relevant persons in their grandchildren’s lives. Social services daily reject grandparents reporting problems in a family they are labelled uncooperative because they voice concern about the care of their grandchildren. Is it cost or just children’s welfare that is at the bottom of the list?
We realise because you are young and will not appreciate how heartbreaking this can be to someone who has a close loving relationship with their grandchildren very much. To be forced to the out side with no say in their welfare. The ministers must consult more with the people on the shop floor and not the funded charity organisations by government resources to give the answers they want. It does appear that any criticism of the government’s policies falls on deaf ears and is ignored.
So early intervention in all things is essential, why the Scottish ministers can’t see this of the army of grandparents for the sake of children, is in my opinion pure neglect.
I look forward to your reply on this very important matter.

Are MPs worth 130K
MPs want 130 grand a year. You are pulling my leg! What for? What good are they? What do they really do for their constituents?
Every constituent we have sent to them for help from all over the UK with family problems end up being told “there is nothing I can do against social services. I am told that is not true but they ignore it because of party politics.
Party politics is their real concern, even before their own families welfare it would appear,
The vast majority of MPs keeping mum on the subject of grandparental child protection? We would have thought the grandparents among them would at least speak up about the gross injustices in family law. But they are not! Why!
Are they all hypocrites or false prophets strutting around posing on TV and paying a fortune to any free local paper for telling the public how good they are. Using their O.T.T. expenses to make a big show of doing nothing? They are a joke!
My local members take about three letters before they give an answer and I have needed to shame them into it.. The UK MP for my area has an e-mail bar from constituents in his area
WriteToThem (home)
Sorry! Something's gone wrong.
Ian Davidson MP has told us not to deliver any messages from the constituents of Glasgow South West. Instead you can try looking them up on the Parliament website. There you will get a phone number, a postal address, and for some MPs a website or way to contact them by email.
Constituents pay his wages but have to chase after him.
Failure in child protection.
The government and social services have failed in providing the best in child abuse protection they are ignoring grandparents as the key to early detection of child abuse. Grandparents are the very people who can spot child abuse a mile away because of the special relationship they have with the families concerned. People who know their own family intimately enough that even the children’s groups say are very useful for early detection of child abuse.
On a subject as important as child welfare ‘The Best Interests of the Child’ should be paramount but not so for the government and social services. They use that saying for their own best interests because they are failing to use every possible means for the protection of our children.

If we cannot find a personalty disorder. We will make them up.
NEW BATCH OF PERSONALITY DISORDERS DISCOVERED
A doctor who was commissioned by the family courts to do research on personality disorders has revealed there are many more than first thought. Dr Pindick was paid £ 1000567987 by a family judge to assess thousands of parents whos children had been removed by social services.
He discovered that the new personality disorders includeloath and despise syndrome ..... a parents hatred of social workersyour all corrupt lying bastards syndrome..... a parents hatred of family courts.stick your order up your arse syndrome....... parents refusing to be gagged. He also discovered a new strain of tourettes after observing many parents using launguage such as " fuck ss, fuck cafcass , all lying bastards, twats, wankers "He proclaimed these to be wildy abnormal and sectioned all parents to a mental institution on remote island in the hebrides. Our reporter visited the hospital and witnessed thousands of parents wearing a straightgag which is a new defice fitted around the mouth to prevent them saying obscenities.
Real Cause Of Swine Flu discoveredscientists have made a breathtaking discovery and found that swine flu was actually spread by social workers. The amazing disovering was found after thousands of parents and children complained that they were pig sick of social services.Scientists found a link that social workers were spreading the virus orally by spraying verbal diarrorha.Dr psychbabble said " This is a groundbreaking discovery that may save the bacon of thousands of children and families." He called for the immediate vaccination of every social worker in the land which would have to be injected in their eyeballs. Those that refuse to have vaccine face having compulsory tongue amputations and mouths stitched up to prevent it passing to nspcc workers, barnados, cafcass, and judges although early signs show it may already be to late.A spokesman for the national swine flu helpline revealed they have already been innundated with calls from cafcass officers that think they have caught it from telling " porkies ".We tried to get several people to comment but they all said they were prevented from doing so after being gagged under family law.
This is yet another blow to social services.!Baroness Dulleth Mingin spokesperson for the Dcsf said " atchoo oink sniff "

Introduction for inquirers
The Charter for Grandchildren, created by the Scottish Government for guidance only, was along with Grandparents Apart UK and others, to accompany the Scottish Family Law Act (Scotland) 2006. This has not been as successful as everyone hoped and is largely being ignored by Social Services, courts, lawyers and professionals working in the welfare of children. This has arisen because of the attitude of Social Services towards grandparents when they dare to comment on how their grandchildren are treated. Social Service’s reaction is to cut them off as uncooperative and tell them they are irrelevant persons and don’t need to be kept informed.
Our request now is to have the Charter for Grandchildren made mandatory for professionals all over the UK in order that children cannot be denied the love and protection that their grandparents can offer. Cross party MSPs, wide ranging family groups and representatives of various authorities support the Charter for Grandchildren, but without proper backing, guidance for best practice is being ignored.
In the Charter for Grandchildren grandparents do not have any legal rights. It states that the role grandparents can play in children’s lives must be taken seriously, e.g. in early detection of abuse and offering stability and emotional security in crisis situations. It is the thousands of little things children get from their grandparents that comfort them the most, instead of being shunted to strangers and from pillar to post when family members are available.
The reason for our campaign is because grandparents are regarded in law as irrelevant persons in their grandchildren’s lives, and it can happen to you. You can be cut out of your grandchildren’s lives at a whim because of family problems, fall outs or bereavement. Being cut out of your grandchildren’s lives happens all too easily and our authorities too often hinder, rather than help support families. Evidence shows our children benefit from the support of their family members. They must be allowed that support.
In our personal case we regained contact and consider ourselves very fortunate but cannot forget the devastation we and our grandchildren went through. This is why we set up this group to offer support and guidance to others which was not available when we needed it.

‘The ‘Charter for Grandchildren’
It is important that parents, grandparents and other family members, speak to, and treat each other, with respect. You may not get on, but you can still be civil, for the sake of the children. Try to avoid arguing with or criticising family members in front of the children. It can be very upsetting for them.
On occasions professional organizations such as social work departments or the courts can become involved and may have to make decisions that will have a lasting impact throughout a child’s entire life. In these circumstances it is vital that the loving and supportive role that the wider family, in particular grandparents can play is utilised to the full
FAMILIES ARE IMPORTANT TO CHILDREN

Along with others, Grandparents Apart UK put a lot of hard work into The Charter for Grandchildren by demanding to be heard about the gaps in family law concerning their grandchildren. Why? Because we really do have the best interests of our grandchildren at heart, if it was not for our love for them why would we bother?

As like every charity in this economic climate we need funds just to survive. Our intentions were to open a Family Information and Education Centre for stress anxiety for families and industrial referrals to ease the burden on people who are working and are under stress who could be a danger to others due to lack of concentration on the job. But it has not been possible due to lack of funding.
We did ask the Big Lottery for £250K but were granted £10K for a project of taking the service to the public by way of a mobile centre which was very successful while it was being funded but lack of volunteers willing to travel was very rare.
We have expanded with a new group in Llandudno Wales along with our very good group in Kilmarnock and a possible group in Bristol. We already have contacts all over the UK which refer families to us on a daily basis.

I have contacted Grandparents Apart UK for support regarding losing contact with our grandchildren. With their nine years experiences and what has happened to me I feel justified in supporting this proposal and would be obliged if you would make it an issue in parliament. I believe A Government created this Charter and therefore they should ensure its effectiveness.
The Proposal:- We therefore propose that ‘The Charter for Grandchildren’ ‘ The role grandparent can play in their grandchildren’s lives’ be made Mandatory for Professionals dealing with children thereby ensuring in the absence of one or both parents that the love and protective role grandparents can play is not wasted as is the case at present because grandparents are regarded as irrelevant persons and therefore rarely considered in practice.…Being mandatory for professionals would not be an imposition on the parents or family in general…If the governments were to adopt this as an example it would send a message of encouragement to families that grandparents can be a huge asset in the family and it could be worthwhile attending mediation focusing on the best interests of the children.
Failure to implement this is criminal and neglect in providing all the possible protection for children in need and in many ways is actually encouraging child abuse I understand this statement will not be discussed or shown to anyone outside the theatre of government and will be completely confidential. I look forward to your reply.
